Can't access Smart Hub GUI

Hi,

 

When tryingt to access the SmartHub to make changes on the GUI I constantly get:

 

 "Page Unresponsive"

The following page has become unresponsive.

 

Rebooting doesn't help. Changing browser also hasn't helped.

 

I'm still getting internet access but the WI-Fi is a bit flaky.

 

Any help appreciated.

Try ONE factory reset of the Homehub by pressing a pin into the recess button on the rear for about 20 seconds.

Hi,

 

Tried with Chrome, Edge and Firefox, all I get is the page "HOME" hasn't responded.

 

The reset didn't go well and I got no connection, so I had to resort to the "Emergency" HH5! 

 

I'll try again tonight.

If you have a Homehub 5 and its working as it should I would stick with it.
