The only thing odd is the IP address. The home hub does not issue automatic IP adresses as low as 192.168.1.19
Can you go to the device manager and uninstall the network adapter, then re-install it again and see if you get an IP address issued by the home hub, within the range 192.168.1.64 to 192.168.1.237.
Thanks Keith, does seem a bit odd. I haven't altered the range in the settings. I'll re-install the network adapter drivers and see if that helps.
Will get back to you tomorrow, many thanks for your help thus far.
Hi Keith, I have tried a release/renew and the IP address remains at .19... Any further ideas? Many thanks.
What happens if you now restart the home hub, does it get a different IP address?
Its possible that the DHCP range is larger on the HH3. The values I gave you were for the earlier home hubs.
I wonder what IP addresses are being issued to your other (working) devices?
The range you gave is correct for the HH3, too. I've tried restarting it but the IP address remains. I cannot even access the router from the device using the IP address: 192.168.1.254! This is very odd indeed...
Hi Coutts99, I decided to go back to a static IP address and can now access the HH but still can't view any websites. Any other ideas? Many thanks.
