Hi I am the main account holder with BT Premium Mail I can access my account, my wife has a sub Email account which now she can’t access due to her iPad having to be factory reset And forgotten her password and security questions we need these so she can restore her iPad can any body help please?

If her email account is a sub account of yours, it is your security answers that are needed.
Failing that you should call BT 0800.800.150 and they should be able to help.
