I had some strange issues where somebody elses bt id was linked to my account (either maliciously or accidentally) and they created all sorts of additional email accounts and, I believe, deleted my main 2 email accounts yesterday.
I have managed to get the rogue bt id deleted from my account via webchat - but they have so far been unable to restore the 2 deleted email accounts and they don't show up in the list of email accounts associated with my id . I was using them both fine until yesterday evening.
These are my main accounts so can't really be without them for any great length of time. I've been promised a call back from the priority 2 team - but not hopeful reading the time taken/lack of follow-up phone calls from people with similar problems.
@johnpeac That's not good at all, have you been contacted back by the tier 2 email team yet? Post back and let me know if you need any help with this.
