I can't "activate" the player, just gives me a vague and unhelpful error every time. BT have no idea what I'm even talking about when I call them, talk about something irrelevant when I e-mail them (Silverlight) or don't answer at all the second time around.
And what is wrong with my posts?
Yes it's the same error. As I said, there was no movment or change. How many times I gotta repeat the same thing.
Spot on, there were two numbers listed on my account, one of which was unknown to me (poss my bt internet phone number) which I deleted and then made my home number the default number, bingo, I got through to the next stage and am now awaiting my activation code by e-mail, thank you very much
Geez and I thought I was the only one going through this abismal scenario over and over again since the 10th June 2013.
BT help is less than useless if ther eis such a thing! As you all I wnat to do is watch Online or on my iPhone! Is that too much to ask? It would appear so.
If BT Sport is "FREE" to me as an Infinity customer then let it be so!!!
I am in the same boat - drowning in BT Apathy!!
The help person says every time (9 times so far!) YES I can help and I will sort it oput today - well I heard thta today and it's now 7:20 PM and no one has called back to say it's fixed - I never believed BT anyway!
Result.
Just made my dailly attempt at going through the activation online and it worked. Give it a try guys, they may have sorted whatever the issue was internally. Got the e-mail instantly too.
I get the VC025 error when trying to watch, but it's a start!
