Just signed up to BT Broadband & TV, and awaiting for service to become active on 14th April (transfering from current supplier)
When trying to register - it says username already exists, and to log-in !
If I click on the 'Forgotten BT-ID username' , and enter my email address, it says...
"Sorry. We could not find a record of a user matching these details. Please check them again carefully."
What's causing this ? is it because BT is currently setting me up, and I'm a bit too early to registrer ?
ok, was unsure, as emails received kind of suggeste dtaht I could.
"You can watch online or on the BT Sport App while you wait for BT TV to start - all you need is a BT ID. If you haven't got one, you can set it up at bt.com/mybt."
Guess the wording is standard, whetehr you are a new customer ofr existing !
