Thanks for your reply I keep trying to activate the sports app and every time i do I get taken to a page that gives me 2boxs one tells me following a check on your account we can not Chang your brodband option you selected and the outher 1 you can still order BTvision. Well I all ready have BT vision .I have email support 2 time but thay just send me a link and I just go to the same 2box ,I hope this makes scenes as I don't know what to do next.
