Hi, I have tried to get BT fibre as sky customer service has been poor. BT checker said there was fibre in my area but when I went to purchase it said it could only give me non fibre bb which is no good . Someone said there might be no space in cabinant but surely I already have a fibre line ??
Your existing connection would be ceased, and if there is a waiting list, it will be given to the person at the top of the list, and you would go to the botton.
