I can't log in to emails on my laptop. I know the account is still open because I'm permanently logged in on my phone and tablet. I'm a sub account on my husband's account for which he pays £7.50 a month. We kept the email accounts after moving to Virgin. I noticed the problem for the first time on the day I ordered a BT broadband package using my name and email. I cancelled the order a week later after Virgin offered a better deal, but had not been able to log in to emails on my laptop. I keep getting a message on screen when i try to log in that says , You are not currently logged in, to log in click here, but then I just go round in circles. Ive tried using a different browser but that doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
