The BT Wholesale page should indicate results a bit like this if you can get FTTC.
As you can see by my results it states WBC FTTC is available
Thanks - yes - I'm aware what it should look like if I could order. But Openreach (via email@example.com) says the cabinet is live and accepting orders (as obviously also the exchange), and yet I cannot make an order as FTTC does not appear as available on the BT wholesale checker. So trying to understand if this is an insoluble line length issue or maybe the database is wrong, and how one goes about getting that checked? Thanks
It's possible the cabinet is currently full and will need another line card to support more connections.
