I can't place an order for SIM online, I've tried multiple times from various devices and browsers etc and it always errors at the last part when clicking "place order". This is over the last few days.
Tried support and they say they can't process the order in a way that means I'll receive the promotional voucher. They just said the website has a problem, try later, which I don't think is the actual problem.
Any idea how I can get around this? I've never has such difficulty giving my money to a company in my life....
