Can't remove add on?

Hi,

I have a 1GB add on attached to my mobile account, I would like to take it off. I go to manage add-ons under my BT but it doesn't seem to have the option. 

It keeps pointing me to progress and order and then tells me I already have an add on so cannot add another. I would like to remove it, not add anything.

I would suggest talking to the mobile chat team who should be able to help and tell you when the change would take effect.
