Can't upgrade to Full Fibre 900?

Hi i'm currently on Fibre 250  and I'd like to upgrade to Full Fibre 900/100 as my contract is about to expire. I'm currently paying £55.99 which is quite a bit more than the contracts out there.

When I try to upgrade via the website it doesn't let me and the website says I shouldn't call unless it's urgent. Can someone tell me how I'm supposed to upgrade before the contract expires?

Thanks I called them and upgraded. Not sure I got a good offer but  I'll be paying £65.99 for Fibre 900 with Halo 2

You should have got a slightly better deal than that, as for new customers its 59.99 for 900Mbps FTTP. Seeing you are near the end of your contract I would have asked for a better deal.

But hey ho, some people would murder for 900Mbps so swings and roundabouts!

Yeah I did mention that but they told me that deal is only for new customers and that my package includes Halo 2 (mobile discounts, double data, exclusive tech support). I currently have Halo 1 and taking advantage of the mobile benefits for both me and my wife
