We’ve just bought the BT Smart Baby Monitor and set it up on the BT Smart Control app on the wife’s phone with no problem. When I set it up on my phone though it then deletes the camera from the wife’s phone and vice versa. So we can’t seem to use the camera on two devices? Surely this can’t be correct? Can anybody help please?
Yes you are correct only one account per Camera, but you can connect BT Smart Controls App ( same ID and password) to more than one device. so you and the wife can access same time just on the same ID
