Can't watch UFC because of maintenance. Worthy of a complaint?

I only moved to BT for Sport and the UFC coverage. When I try to log in to BT Sport, all I'm getting is the following error:

Thanks for doing maintenance at the exact time that UFC is on. It works on the TV, and on the app. Why the hell can't I get it working on my computer upstairs? I'm forced to look for another stream. Such a waste of money. Anyone else getting this?

I did have similar issues with MyBT app  and MyBt website last night (didn't try BT Sport) - I raised my concerns on the Bt app subforum specifically wrt to MyBT.
