Can this be right?

I go to BT TV, search for a film (Leviathan) using the keypad and get this message "We're sorry this title is no longer available to watch through BT TV"

It is not just that film it is all films I search for myself.

Are you referring to PPV films ? You don't get films with a normal subscription do you ?

@gustavski I will ask the moderators to inform the relevant Bt team.

 

I can certainly replicate that issue with Leviathan on the Bt Player.

There do seem to be  some other similar issues.

Are all the films you searched for that are showing no longer available Curson films ?

Excuse my ignorance I haven't got a clue what PPV means.

Normal subscription !! ......I pay direct debit to BT for Freeview and Sky. I have a Youview box

Hi Guys,

 

Thank you for highlighting. I'm tested this here on the BT TV box in the office and I get the same error message on Curzon film. I've let the BT TV team know and I'll post back as soon as I have any information.

Hi Everyone,

 

Thanks for all the comments and sorry for any confusion caused.  We have been in touch with the BT TV team and can share an explanation as to why these movies are no longer available for new purchase.

 

BT are in the process of switching over from Curzon movies to deal directly with smaller independent film suppliers in the UK market.  If you have purchased a film then you will still have uninterrupted access to this title, it does however mean that any Curzon films will not be available for new purchases until the migration is complete.

 

The good news is that these titles should be back soon for everyone so please bear with us.
