It won't be a BT pole, it will be Openreach.

Depends how you look at it, technically the Pole is the property of the BT Group plc.

They own the entire Network, Openreach merely just maintain it on their behalf.

You’ll find a lot of the new equipment being made has had Openreach a BT Group Business removed from it and instead now says, Property of BT.

Either way it has nothing to do with BT Retail,  Openreach are the right people to contact.
