Can you connect a Hub 6 to a Hub 5 to extend the WiFi down to my summerhouse via an Ethernet cable?

I have a Hub 6 in my home office and I need to get WiFi into my summerhouse at the end of the garden. My Hub 6 does not extend to the end of the garden although it is in sight of the summerhouse and it is only about 75 feet away.

Can I run an ethernet cable from my Hub 6 down the garden and into my old Hub 5 and if so, do I need to set anything special up on the connected hub 5.

Thanking you indavance. chris

Entirely possible and exactly what I do. Connect the ethernet cable between the LAN ports of the two hubs, then a couple of things to change on the Hub 5 are:

- the IP address to 192.168.1.253
- disable DHCP

Save the config and you're good to go.
