Can you contact BT by Email?

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is posisble to send an email to BT customer services?  I dont have a particualy complex problem (in my mind!) but it is far easier to explain and understand if it is written down, however, I cannot see any way of contacting BT other than by phone, which in my experience is hit or miss as to who you deal with.  Thanks

Sorry to be a pain but where exactly - every time I follow the menu choices through I am only given the option to call. Unless you want to complain?

Without knowing the problem it is hard to point you in the right direction

There is no actual email address that you can send mails to.  Just on-line forms, and even then only for some types of problems.

BT does have a snail-mail address if you want to write a letter.  That may be the best option.
