I ordered a Broadband, calls and TV package for 34.99.
I got a confirmation email saying 'Broadband and Calls', so I spoke to someone on chat through their website to check it should include TV and they confirmed a TV engineer will also be coming.
Yesterday the engineer came to set up the phone and broadband. I still hadnt had any communication about when the TV engineer would come, so I contacted BT again and they said that TV was not included in the package. But I can see their Broadband and Calls package is 27.99. Having spoken to BT they wont give me this cheaper rate, and want me to pay another £50 if I want the TV I had initially ordered.
Any advice on what I can do apart from cancel my package and Switch to another provider with a better rate?
