Cancelled BT Sport but still got charged?

Cancelled BT Sport on my Sky box on March 11th.

What's happening

This service will stop on 10 Apr 2019:

• BT Sport Pack

Latest bill says this:

BT Sport

BT Sport Pack

9 Apr - 8 May 19

This is the cost of your BT Sport on the Sky Digital Satellite Platform at
£12.00 a month, charged in advance from 9 Apr 2019 to 8 May 201

Being charged again is not ideal but the fact that BT Sport stopped working on my Sky box and i'm still paying for it?

Its close to 12am so phoning someone to clear this up is currently not an option at the moment.

Hi @jonwackers 

If it didn’t stop until 10th April then it would have entered the next billing cycle which is the reason you are being charged. You should get a refund minus one day on your next bill.
