Cancelling a product

Trying to cancel my extra box subscription online before free period runs out but can't see how. Phoned but no-one answering.

You would need to call and give 30 days notice, you need the value or loyalty team.

Monday - Friday 8am until 9pm
Saturday 8am until 8pm
Sunday 9am until 6pm
