Cancelling early

Hi,

 

If I order a sim only and find I have trouble getting a good signal in my house (as I did with ID mobile) will I be able to cancel early without being charged for the 12 months? I am currently using EE top-up which has excellent signal so I'm hoping there will be no change seeing as BT uses EE.

I believe there is a 14 day cancellation period.

Hi. I have ordered 2 sim with 2gb data monthly. The operator told me that was an offer eith only £8 per month for each sim. Now I got the bill and I am charged with £29.14 ???
Can I cancel the sim contract because I am not at all happy with the information I got when I got called and what I see on the bill. Thank you

Can you check the time perioid covered by these charges. It may be that the first month was just short of the month and the first bill has that plus the full rcost of the next month (in advance).
