We moved home on the first of august and cancelled our BT account by phone on 3rd of August but we continue to recieve monthly bills We have tried phoning to get it sorted and when we manage to get through today after waiting about an hour we were pushed on three occasions from one person to another. The last person actually put the phone down on my wife who was in no way being rude or angry. B T is impossible to get hold of and I would love for someone to give me help on how to deal with this problem?
