Cancelling my order

I placed an order on the 18th February 2011, Phone & Broadband.

 

An engineer visited yesterday, but was unable to complete the install. BT are now expecting me to wait until 25th March 2011, which I do not want to do.

 

How do I cancel? How do I get the £50 that BT took from me?
