Cancelling order (New customer)

I placed an order for Broadband  - BT Infinity Option 1 and Phone line  - Unlimited Evening and Weekend Plan on Thursday 02 August 2012. But would like to cancel this because i have decided to stay with my current provider. The activation date for my service is Tuesday 21 August 2012.

 

Is there a way for me to cancel this order online or could someone cancel the order for me.

You need to advise BT asap. Call Sales on 0800 783 0056.
