Hi,
I cannot access webmail - Chrome states :
"home.bt.com redirected you too many times."
Firefox states :
"Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete"
Was working this morning.
Regards,
Shadders.
Same with me - what's the answer?
Can access secondary email address but not primary email!
Hi Jen,
Thanks for confirming - not sure what the solution is - only occurred today.
Checking - for some reason - BT may have farmed out e-mail services to US Amazon - and they have an issue with their servers. Log i have indicate possible anti-virus checking gone wrong with their servers.

Just started a thread about this, looks like a fault on BTs side.
I can get into sub email address OK but not into primary email! Get message as below -
The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

I seemed to be working last night. But that was still January.
It does not work on the primary account which I access thru my bt etc then onto the sub accounts. But I can access my sub accounts by using their e mail addresses and passwords.
I spoke to BT at the Indian call centre (which may as well be on the moon) and just got put thru the mincer as I expected, with excuses and delaying tactics. I realy do hate the whole concept of BTand its global dominence.
Any ideas... cos bt havent.

Hi,
It would be good idea if BT published that there is a problem, and also stated that they are looking into it.
The failure to provide any response, one does not know if they are aware, or trying to resolve.
A forum is NOT the location to notify BT that there is a fault.
I have not called the fault people as others have done, as it has been indicated, that BT fail to actually recognise there is a problem.

I had this problem earlier today but it seems to be fixed now. I would try it again now !
Hi,
Yes - seems to have been fixed now.
