Hi I signed up to a broadband package on the 6th March which activated on 20th March and a £80 reward card was included in the package. However when I try to claim on the reward page of my BT it says no reward available?
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
Please bear in mind that with the current crisis, it could take a long time for one of them to deal with your request.

I'm sorry that there is no reward showing in your profile to claim. This isn't something the Community will be able to help with so you can get in touch with us and we'll give you a hand from here.
