I've been trying to log into my BT account to transfer my wife's mobile over to BT as their SIM only deals are cheaper than her current provider. Their website is not letting me in. Here is what I do:
Go to www.BT.com
Select My BT and then login and enter my email address (which is the primary one on the account) and password. This takes me straight into my email Inbox! Normally this would take me into an account overview page but not this time.
So I click on Home (top right hand corner of the page). This takes me back to a sort of Home page.
I again click on My BT (there is no login option now as I am already logged in) and I select Mobile Upgrades
It now takes me another Login page!
I re-enter the credentials accepted above but it does not accept them.
I enter them again and it locks me out for 15 minutes!
Can anyone advise how I get into my BT account. I've never had this trouble before.

Are you still unable to access your account? If so try logging in directly at https://www.bt.com/mybt and let me know how you get on.
