Cannot access BT web address help

Clicking the hyperlink "Click here"    to access BT web address help returns the following error,

err_connection_timed_out

It was functioning correctly yesterday, and I have Not changed anything on my computer.

Any help with this will be appreciated,

Try another browser  or maybe make another user account on your computer and try that

I've tried two browsers.

Everything else functions correctly, just the BT web address help links are duff.
