Cannot access my sub email account

 My partner has been using a sub account for many years via the mail app on her phone and just switched to a new phone today. We are trying to add her mail account to the new phone but we couldn’t remember the password and when I login to either my BTID or BTYahoo account there is nothing showing under sub accounts.  I can’t even see the sub account in my BT or Yahoo profiles in order to reset the password.
 
I would be grateful of any advice on how to fix this issue.

If not, you will need to contact BT 0800.800.150 who should be able to reset the password for you.

Thanks, managed to sort the issue via the bt web chat system.   They were very helpful they reset the password and managed to move both my primary and sub accounts over to the bt mail system.
