I have moved house and have a new Sky box (and new viewing card number) that I am trying to sync with my BT Sports Account.
I tried to do this using the online tool, but it gave the error message 'cannot find Sky viewing card'
I have had 3 calls with varioud BT suport desk workers, including one with the technical team in India. The only suggestion was that the address of the account may not match the Sky account address. I have confirmed the address with Sky and repeated it back to BT peopl over the phone, and it is still showing as 'viewing card not matching'.
I don't think any more calls with support workers is going to help.
Would be really grateful if anyone has a solution for this. If it isn't resolved, I'm basically going to be foreced to cancel my BT subscription, which would be really annoying.

Hi @sdunsm Sorry that you cannot get your BT Sport activated with the new Sky Viewing card.

I can see that an offline team were working on your account just after you contacted us and I wanted to check if you still require our assistance with activating the BT Sport or has the issue been resolved.
