Cannot claim reward card

I have the same issue as everyone else, go on to claim my reward card and picture of it but no button to claim it, it has been past the 30 days so should be there to claim. I have contacted customer services and heard nothing back

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Thanks for sending in your account information, sorry about the problems you are having claiming your rewards card.

I have manually claimed your rewards card and this should be with you in the next 20 days.
