I am having the same problem. I have spent nearly an hour trying to find this link...and still no luck. Was much easier before this stupid new system. I have a large box of equipment to return and need an address or a label I can print out to put on the box for the post office. Really frustrating system and loads of people won't bother because it is difficult. Shame you can't make it easier to help the environment.

I have the same problem.
I have an email that says I need to " login into MyBT and select 'View Details' under 'Please return your equipment'". I cannot find the 'Please return your equipment' section. When I go into help I just get the same instructions.
I have 3 requests
1. Can I have a bag with which to return my equipment?
2. Can I be shown how to get to the 'Please return your equipment' section?
3. Can the help be changed to be helpful so that it tells you how to find the 'Please return your equipment' section?

I have the same problem.
I have just been upgraded to fibre and have a new smart hub 2. I wish to return my old router and have followed the instructions given but I cannot find the 'Please return your equipment' section. When I go into help I just get the same instructions.
I have questions
1. Can I have a bag with which to return my equipment?
2. If not can you give a link to the request returns
3. Can the web site be changed so that other people can find the 'Please return your equipment' section?
