I recently moved to a new build property with ftth equipment.
the ont is active with a solid pon light open reach state that services are available at my property, but bt refuse to let me order the infinity service.
i have spent more than 10 hours going round in circles with the fibre to the home team one member openly admitting that the ont was active and could pin point my location but still won't let me order any services.
to be honest the service provided by bt is very poor how can I get this resolved?
help please.
thanks.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
