I am trying to join BT Fon and I am getting the error message "Customer product is not on allowed product list."
I have been a Broadband customer for quite a while and have a new BT hub as my first one was replaced as it was faulty.
If I go to my hub page, it says that BT Fon is not activated, and leads me to the BT Fon webpage to sign up.
How do I get this product onto my allowed list?

I have the same problem and it is rather annoying, like must things BT.
I have an email account with BTYahoo, my password works fine everytime I sign into email, so why is it not recognised? Please don't say use the link above as it don't change a darn thing.
welcome to the forum the blackmafia
I'm assuming that you are the primary a/c holder with your BT a/c, using your email and password.
Try re-setting your hub.
Try a password re-change, and then change it back.
There is a lot of traffic on here about this issue, which is suggesting that the effortless sympathy of joining Fon and signig in aint what it should be. I sympathise.
