Cannot load emails on new layout

Since the new layout came in last week neither of my pc’s will load emails at all. It is fine on my iPad  (although I hate the new layout it is so not user friendly!)

Does anyone know how I can get it to work on the pc?

@sas199 how do you access your email? Is it via the www.bt.com/mail website or on an email client? If its via the website have you tried a different browser?

Hi, click View in the right hand side next to ad and check if you have conversation view enabled, if it is remove/unclick this and press Cntrl+F5 in keyboard and see if your emails load?
