I am trying to order online for a friend who is not very good with computers, etc. They want to switch from TalkTalk to BT and we are trying to order phone, TV and broadband.
We have used 3 different PCs in 3 different location and 4 different browsers. In each case we get to entering their personal details in checkout and then the next screen gives the "There has been a technical error" message with "ref# con-0067" as the ID.
I see we are not alone in getting this. We tried taking this to the phone order process but they said they could not honour the online offer.
Any help in getting this order placed would be appreciated.
