Cannot reset password

By accident, I hit the reset button on my HomeHub5 (or I think I did).


I now have the message about Too Many Login Failures.

"As a security measure, access to your BT Hub Manager has been locked for minutes. "

NB it doesn't tell me how many minutes.


I have attempted to use the password over-ride to set a new password, but gives me a 404 when I submit and makes no difference (yes, I have done the "press WPS key for 15 seconds thing).

you would need to press the reset button on the back and hold to reset the password so unlikely you did that by accident  either wait a few hours and try passowrd again of reset it back to factory settings using the recessed button on the back
