Not sure if this is the correct place to post this,but couldnt see anywhere else that would be relevant
Im trying to make a complaint about BT,but need my account number,seeing as my bills are online,I have been trying to log into My BT,the password I have always used,isnt working..when I try to change my password,it wont accept the details,yes I know my email address,when I was born and my mothers maiden name,but the BT site thinks differently..
It tells me to contact support,by calling 0800 111 4567..I do this and an automated voice tells me they cant give out passwords and to go to bt.com/passwords,which takes me right back to where I was 20 minutes ago.
How do I get out of this vicious loop and allow me to reset my password,or allow me to use the one I have used for 14 years..
