Cant access my email

Im trying to get into my bt mail account but it keeps telling me to log in using yahoo but whenever i log in using yahoo it tells me my services are cancelled even though i can use other things on yahoo

Hi @largelmao  welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry that you are unable to access your email account. Do you have your email address linked to an active BT Broadband account or are you paying for Premium Mail?
