Cant access

I haven’t been able to get into my BT email for a few weeks now and I need it as a lot of my work stuff and accounts are on there today i tried logging in by the app on mobile and it said the account no longer exists i’ve been using this email for years now and never had any issue and only recently started having issues I need this back ASAP as I have very important stuff on there what can I do?

Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?

Can you access your email account using this link on a web browser?

If you are neither a BT broadband customer or paying for BT premium mail, your email address will have been deleted.

You can try the Premium mail team to se if they can re-instate it if you pay for Premium mail at £7.50/m 0808 100 6778
