Once again, im unable to login to the BT site to watch a match due to excessive load on the site. I have tried from my laptop an my phone app. No im not on a wifi signal without logging in (the "possible" problems related to error ID004), i have reset my router countless times just in case the IP address is somewhat affected. Its clearly the site unable to accept further incoming connections. This is very poor for a paid service and thus will be taking my complaints to ofcom as i dont expect any response from BT on this except "we are sorry, you must be very frustrated, please continue trying"
