I bought a 5days pass 2 days ago but it is not working att the moment. The first day i could connect on my macbook but now I don't get the login page anymore. And i can't connect with none of my iphones. Anyone who knows how to solve this problem?
If it is just one specific hotspot that you can not connect to it could be that the hotspot is not working. If the hostspot is transmitted from a BT customers Homehub there is nothing you or BT can do about it.
It would require the home owner to reset the Homehub and unless you knew who the owner is and you are in a position to ask them to reset it there is nothing else you can do.
If it is a commercial hotspot such as in a cafe or other commercial premises you could ask the owner to reset their Homehub.
If you are having problems at muliple hotspots it may be that there is a problem with your log on details and you should contact BTWifi Help desk. 0800 022 33 22.
