post stats  if hh6 then advanced settings then technical log information

are you now connected directly to the master socket?

any line noise  dial 17070 option 2  should be silent and best with corded phone

Re: Capped line

your connection time is only 1hr is that due to manual reset or router dropping connection

you are in a banded profile probably due to the number of resets you have had either with manually resetting/moving hub or hub resetting or a combination of both   you now need to maintain a stable connection with no resets and see if DLM will release banding and speed increase   this could take a few weeks

Moved home hub this morning will monitor it the next couple of weeks. I was under the impression that capping needed a manual reset. Thanks.

Re: Capped line

any drop in your internet connection due moving hub, resetting, power cut etc is seen by DLM as a drop in connection and to many trigger the banded profile action

Since moving my router next to main bt socket and doing away with phone extension line my speed has increased to a rock solid 61 Mbps think my maximum speed is 65Mbps. Thanks.
