I placed an order through rewards gateway which promised £145 cash back which has been declined. Rewards gateway has told me that Bt has declined because they allege that the order has not tracked from the cash back website. However, on this forum, other people have said this has happened to them and has since been resolved and paid. Can you look in to this for me please?
I have already and they advised that BT had declined. Other posts on this forum suggest the same thing happens with quidco and since then your moderators have intervened. Can you help at all please? It's a lot of money and I 100% dos everything correctly when ordering.
