I joined BT as a new customer on 10-Nov-2017 via the Broadbandchoices link which included a BT Reward mastercard and cashback cheque. I made claims for both on 15-Nov-2017 once my broadband was activated In accordance with the terms of the offer. I have received my prepaid mastercard.
I applied for the cheque using >>this link<< but I did not receive the cheque neither received any acknowledgement in email for my claim for the cashback cheque is in process. My order reference number begins with AMJ. From the community forums I've read, this appears to be a common situation. Can anyone here help advise me how to know whether the claim is under process please?

They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
Thanks for calling. As suggested I will wait for 45days i.e, till end of this month for the cheque to arrive. I will post in this forum if I get the cheque anytime earlier.
I have received the BT Cashback Cheque today. Thanks for all your support.
