Hi, I have not received my £50 cashback cheque, which I qualified for when I ordered BT Infinity. I have received the £95 Mastercard however.
I ordered my new service with BT on 14/2/18, and it went live on 1/3/18.
Please can you help?

Please can you confirm the 1st 3 letters of your order reference (Do not post full order number) and also which 3rd party website the cashback cheque offer you took up was on. Post back and let me know.

Hi @Silverfox0501 yes the next 30 days. Sorry it cannot be speeded up as they are sent by a 3rd party on our behalf. Please post back to confirm when you receive the cheque or if it has not arrived within the 30 days and I'll chase again if required.
