Cashback Cheque Not Received

Hi

As common problem it appears but I have not received my £50 cashback cheque due as I ordered BT Infinity via an affiliate deal (MSE) .

Order date was 19/2/18 and was activated 5/3/18.  The claim was submitted the same day and the first 3 letters of the order were BTC.

Can you assist please?
