Cashback cheque not received

Signed upto bt on 21.10.17 via broadband choices. Installation was 6.11.17. Received prepaid MasterCard but have still not received £50 cheque. When should I expect this. Spoke to bt who said that I need to chase up with the site I went through, spoke to them they say I need to speak with bt. Can someone pls help me

My cheque has not arrived - who do I contact?
Your original cashback claim is checked to make sure that you have ordered during a qualifying period, that you are a new broadband customer and that your broadband has installed. Once these have been checked we will organise for your cheque to be sent to your installation address. Please allow 45 days from installation for your cheque to arrive.

 

I ordered via a cashback site and am still waiting for my cashback.  How do I organise this?
You should contact customer services at the cashback site through which you originally placed your order.  This cashback cheque offer is different to a member exclusive offer via a cashback site.

I have contacted briadbandchoices and they have said bt are paying this cashback and it was during a qualifying period. I don’t want to lose out on my £50 as that makes a huge difference to the package olive bought

I did claim the cashback through broadbandbenefits, all it said you will receive you your cheque in 45 days from installation. It has been 40 days already and nothing.

Looking back. It was https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/phones/cheap-broadband
This link I went though and think clicked on the bt offer which took me to the bt site

No, thats fine.
